How To Use

Charging Your Eye Therapy Device

Fully charge both eye pods before first use.

1. Place both eye pods securely into the charging case.

2. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable.

3. Both eye pods should flash red while charging.

4. Charging is complete when the red lights stop flashing.

💡 Tip: If your device doesn't turn on after unboxing, fully charge both eye pods before trying again. Devices may arrive with only a partial charge.

How to Use

1. Prepare Your Skin

Cleanse the under-eye area to remove makeup, oils and skincare residue.

Lightly dampen the skin beneath each eye with a small amount of water. Your skin should feel slightly damp, not wet, as this helps support EMS conductivity.

If preferred, a very thin layer of a suitable water-based serum may be used instead.

Important: Never apply water or serum directly onto the eye pods or charging components.

2. Prepare the Hydrogel Eye Patches

1. Remove the protective film from one side of each hydrogel patch.

2. Attach the patches to the underside of the eye pods and gently smooth into place.

3. Remove the remaining protective film before applying to the skin.

4. Keep the protective films to reapply after treatment.

💡 The hydrogel eye patches are required during treatment to provide comfortable contact with the skin and support EMS conductivity.

3. Apply & Start

Position one eye pod beneath each eye, ensuring the hydrogel patches make good contact with the skin.

Press and hold the power button on each eye pod to switch on, then select your preferred EMS intensity:

🟢 Green – Low

🟠 Orange – Medium

🔴 Red – High

If you're new to EMS, start on Low and gradually increase to a comfortable intensity.

4. During Treatment

Relax and enjoy your 10-minute treatment. The device will automatically switch off when complete.

EMS sensation varies between users and may feel like gentle tingling, pulsing or muscle stimulation.

If the EMS feels faint, ensure the hydrogel patches have full skin contact and your under-eye area is slightly damp.

5. After Treatment

Gently remove the eye pods and reapply the protective films to the hydrogel patches.

Return the eye pods to the charging case and store in a cool, dry place.

Hydrogel Patch Care

Each pair can typically be reused for 3–4 personal treatments, depending on care and condition.

Always replace the protective films after use and replace the patches once they begin to dry out or no longer adhere comfortably.

For professional or multi-client use, use a fresh pair for each client.
