Cancellation policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations may apply to selected Sheskn purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders and try-before-you-buy offers where available.
Subscriptions
Some Sheskn products may be offered as a subscription, allowing you to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
You may cancel or update your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are securing a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change due to supplier, freight, customs or delivery delays.
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once your order has been packed, dispatched or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled in line with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If a try-before-you-buy offer is available, your payment method may be authorised before your order is fulfilled.
You will have the stated trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within the trial period and in accordance with the offer terms, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds and faulty product claims are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
