During peak periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer both standard and express delivery options worldwide.
Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days, depending on destination.
All international orders include tracking.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by the customer.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A direct link to track your parcel

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Sheskn is not responsible for:
- Parcels marked as delivered but not received
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- Your order number
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
