I've been really enjoying using the Eye Therapy device! It's easy to incorporate into my skincare routine, and I love that it combines LED light therapy with EMS in one device. One of the led + EMS Doesn't work the same as the other it has a faint vibration unlike the other one that works well
Problem is I have a eye swollen now with a red spot after using it
I am not happy at all....
I have only used it 4 times have had trouble with the gel pads, they curl up stick to everything but where they should

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your Eye Therapy experience.
As discussed in our previous correspondence, we have already offered you the opportunity to return your device for a full assessment to determine whether there is a fault. We have also requested photographic evidence of the reaction you've described, which we are still waiting to receive.
Eye Therapy uses EMS technology, and the sensation can vary depending on skin contact, hydration and correct application of the hydrogel pads. The device does not have a vibration function.
We also recommend following the usage instructions carefully, including starting on the lowest EMS setting, allowing appropriate time between treatments and ensuring the hydrogel pads are applied correctly.
Given your reported eye reaction, we recommend discontinuing use until the matter has been assessed.
We're more than happy to assist you further, however, we do need the requested information and the opportunity to inspect the device before we can determine the appropriate next steps.

I love the feeling of something ACTUALLY working! 🙌🏼
Firstly, I love how easy it is to set up, and secondly, I love that it doesn’t require a lot of time or effort to use as part of my routine.
I also really love that I can use the eye patches without having to constantly balance them on my face or worry about them slipping. Even better, I can sit up and study while using them, so I don’t have to stop what I’m doing or lie down during the treatment.
I’m still waiting to see the results, but so far I’m really enjoying how easy, convenient and effortless it is to use!

The gel pads are too sticky and hurt when I pull them off, not a good product and I wasted my money.

I’m sorry to hear the hydrogel eye pads felt too adhesive and were uncomfortable to remove. The pads are designed to adhere securely to the under-eye area so the Eye Therapy device maintains good contact during treatment, however they certainly shouldn’t feel painful to remove.
We recommend removing them slowly from the outer corner towards the inner corner, rather than pulling them straight off, which can make removal much gentler on the delicate under-eye area.

Im actually so happy with the Eye Therapy device. Its really helped with my dark circles. I use 4-5 times a week at night, i do a double session as i also find it very relaxing.

Bought this after seeing a post on instagram. Havent used any led products before so thought id give it a try, and im actually really happy. I wasnt sure about the ems feeling at first, but after getting use to it, its actually so relaxing.
My under eyes look less tired and dark circles have improved, thanks Sheskn, ill definatley be purchasing more of your products.
