Once I placed my order, I quickly received a notification that they were on their way! Once received, I was keen to use them. I found the application of the gel pads a bit fiddly. The company sent me a video to assist next time. Easy as! They sit nicely under the eyes and the TENS sensation is quite relaxing. They sit neatly in their charger box which is small and convenient enough to take travelling. Customer Service is great. Thank you 💝
