How To Use

Charging Your Eye Therapy Device

Fully charge both eye pods before first use.

Place both eye pods securely into the charging case.
Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable.
Both eye pods should flash red while charging.
Charging is complete when the red lights stop flashing.

💡 Tip: If your device doesn't turn on after unboxing, fully charge both eye pods before trying again. Devices may arrive with only a partial charge.

How to Use

1. Prepare Your Skin

Cleanse the under-eye area to remove makeup, oils and skincare residue.

Lightly dampen the skin beneath each eye with a small amount of water. Your skin should feel slightly damp, not wet, as this helps support skin contact when using the EMS function.

Important: Never apply water directly to the eye pods, charging case or charging components.

2. Prepare the Hydrogel Eye Pads

Remove the protective film from one side of each hydrogel eye pad.
Attach one pad to the underside of each eye pod and gently smooth into place.
Remove the remaining protective film before applying the pods to the skin.
Keep the protective films to reapply to the hydrogel pads after use.

💡 The hydrogel eye pads should be used with the Eye Therapy device to provide comfortable skin contact and support the EMS function.

3. Apply & Start

Position one eye pod beneath each eye, ensuring the hydrogel pads sit comfortably against the skin.

Press and hold the power button on each eye pod to switch on, then select your preferred EMS intensity:

🟢 Green – Low

🟠 Orange – Medium

🔴 Red – High

If you're new to EMS, begin on Low and gradually increase to a comfortable intensity.

4. During Your Session

Relax and enjoy your 10-minute session. The device will automatically switch off when complete.

The sensation of EMS can vary between users and may feel like gentle tingling or pulsing.

If the EMS sensation feels faint, check that the hydrogel eye pads have good contact with the skin and that the under-eye area is slightly damp.

5. After Use

Gently remove the eye pods from beneath the eyes.

Reapply the protective films to the hydrogel eye pads if you plan to reuse them.

Return the eye pods to the charging case and store in a cool, dry place.

Hydrogel Eye Pad Care

For personal use, each pair of hydrogel eye pads can be reused up to 3 times when handled and stored correctly.

Always reapply the protective films after use. Replace the pads sooner if they begin to dry out, lose adhesion, become damaged or no longer sit comfortably against the skin.

For professional or multi-client use, use a fresh pair for each client.

The gel pads are too sticky and hurt when I pull them off, not a good product and I wasted my money.

I’m sorry to hear the hydrogel eye pads felt too adhesive and were uncomfortable to remove. The pads are designed to adhere securely to the under-eye area so the Eye Therapy device maintains good contact during treatment, however they certainly shouldn’t feel painful to remove.

We recommend removing them slowly from the outer corner towards the inner corner, rather than pulling them straight off, which can make removal much gentler on the delicate under-eye area.

Im actually so happy with the Eye Therapy device. Its really helped with my dark circles. I use 4-5 times a week at night, i do a double session as i also find it very relaxing.

So happy with this product!! I highly reccomend. Not only is it super relaxing to wear, but it actually gives results. My dark circles have improved alot, and this is only after 1 month of using. I do use it about 5 times a week, with an eye serum underneath the patches. Give them a go if youve been thinking about a product for your under eye area.

Great device, i havent used anything like this before. You do need to apply the gel eye pads to use, i find i get about 6 uses out of each patch which is good. The box came with 5 inside and there are bundle packs to buy which i will do when i run out. But so far very happy and have seen some good results with my eye area.

Bought for my wife, she loves the eye therapy patches. She uses them almost eveey night.
