Sheskn Policy

At Sheskn, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed for performance, safety, and results.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect selection
  • Products not suitable for an individual’s skin or routine

This applies to all opened, used, and final sale items.

Hygiene & Personal Care

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Skincare devices
  • Beauty tools
  • Personal care equipment

This does not apply where a product is faulty or where you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, not functioning as intended, or incorrect, please contact us at info@sheskn.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Assessment & Resolution Process

To ensure a fair and accurate outcome, we may provide troubleshooting steps prior to approving a return.

Where a return is required, the item must be sent back for inspection and testing.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a return is required, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs, at our discretion.

If the item is found to be functioning as intended, no fault is identified, or the issue is related to usage, setup, or product expectations, the item will be returned to you.
In these cases, return shipping and re-delivery costs will apply and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Product Use & Expectations

Our devices are designed to perform when used correctly and in accordance with provided instructions.

The following are not considered faults:

  • Incorrect setup or use
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Lack of proper contact with the skin or accessories, including gel pads
  • Differences in sensation, intensity, or results between users
  • Gradual wear and tear from normal use

If needed, our team will guide you through correct usage to ensure optimal performance before proceeding with a return.

Return Conditions

To proceed with a return:

  • Approval must be obtained prior to sending the item
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All original components must be included

Returns sent without approval may be declined.

We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This may include where:

  • The product has a major fault, or
  • A repair or replacement is not suitable or available

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • If an item is confirmed faulty, we will provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law
  • If no fault is found, return shipping and re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
